indicated on the record when I approved the other fee applications over the objection of Mr. White,
I find that Mr. Voutsas' services were necessary and benefited the estate. And that's probably even
more so of Mr. Voutsas than some of the other professionals, because, quite frankly, without his testimony,
I don't believe I could ever have made a finding that the Debtors plan was feasible and, without his testimony,
the objection filed by Home Shopping Network and Silver King Broadcasting would probably have been sustained.
